A rare set of four "Tube living room" dining chairs by French Hungarian designer Mathieu Mategot (1910 - 2001).
Designed in 1951 and produced in France in the early 1950's, the chairs are made from quadrifoil perforated sheet metal and metal.
The chairs are in good solid condition and most importantly they still have their original paintwork. They have areas of rust and paint loss (see photos).
Price is for the set of four, three have been sold.
