An early 20th century model number 728 bentwood armchair designed by Josef Hoffmann for the Viennese cabaret "Fledermaus" in 1905.
The chair features a gorgeous deep red patinated stain. It is in good solid usable condition with no movement to the joints. There is an old repair to the end of the the armrest and to the base. A few dormant woodworm holes that have been filled.
